With over 19 years of combined experience as occupational health physicians, most of it within the rail industry, we understand the challenges managers face when medication and safety-critical roles intersect.

About Dr. Constantin Coltofean
Dr Constantin Coltofean is a GMC-registered Occupational Health Physician with extensive experience supporting safety-critical industries across the UK, particularly within the rail sector.
With over a decade of practice in both public and private occupational health services, he has worked across a broad range of sectors including transport, healthcare, emergency services, local authorities, and education.
Dr Coltofean’s goal is to help organisations balance employee wellbeing with operational safety by providing clear, evidence-based guidance. Through SanoMed Solution, he combines his clinical expertise with a passion for improving how health information is shared and applied, developing practical, clinician-led digital tools that support safe, informed decision-making in safety-critical environments.

Dr Cristina Coltofean is a dedicated Occupational Health Physician, GMC registered, with over a decade of medical experience across clinical and workplace settings. She specializes in supporting employees in safety-critical and high-responsibility roles, with a strong focus on mental health, sickness absence, and fitness-for-work assessments.
Dr Cristina Coltofean is known for her balanced, empathetic approach; combining clinical insight with practical, human-centered advice to help organizations make informed, ethical decisions. She is committed to promoting wellbeing, resilience, and productivity in diverse working environments.
